Description
Kumkum Dhar is a noted Kathak dancer and currently the Dean, Faculty of Dance at Bhatkande Music Institute Deemed University. She has been under the guidance of Kathak exponent Pt. Lachhu Maharaj. Dhar has been honoured with the highest honour of the state, the Yash Bharti award in 2015, and the Sangeet Natak Akademi Award many years ago.
