Description
Vedi is a special designated space for conducting the ritual of havan. The sacred fire is lit in the hollow space, and devotees gather around to pray in unison. Flowers and food are offered to the gods in the hope of attaining their blessings. The trident, as seen, is a popular symbol for the Hindu deity, Lord Shiva.
