Description
The boats, as seen in the picture, are used to travel from the river banks to the Triveni Sangam, the holiest spot for the ritual bath. The flags on these boats are key markers of identities of the various groups and religious sects. They are very helpful among the crowd for the devotees who get strayed away from their groups.
